Due to an overwhelming response this year, we have already sold out of Market Days' vendor booth space! While we wish we could accommodate more vendors, street space is limited. Huge thanks to everyone supporting this event!

Mark your calendars for this three-day street festival right on Main Street in downtown Concord, NH. There will be live entertainment, delicious food, and fantastic shopping each day from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. This is a fun event for the whole family! 

Vendor registration opens February 1, 2024. Early-bird Pricing until April 30, 2024. Registration deadline May 31, 2024.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION (please read before applying)

Intown Concord is thrilled to invite you to participate in our 50th Annual Market Days Festival, one of New England's largest and most exciting events! With over 150 vendors and reaching a diverse audience of over 50,000 attendees, this three-day extravaganza promises non-stop music, entertainment, food, and shopping in downtown Concord.

Here are some key details and changes for this year's event, taking place on June 20, 21, 22, 2024:

Event Dates and Timing:

  • June 20, 21, 22, 2024
  • 10 am – 10 pm each day (rain or shine)

Pricing Changes:

  • A 5% increase due to rising costs.
  • Limits on booth sizes. No booths over 30 feet or multiple booths purchased by the same business or business owners. 
  • Different pricing structures for food and non-food vendors to cover street cleaning and trash services related to food.

Composting Service:

  • New composting service for all food vendors.
  • Each vendor will receive a 64-gallon composting tote and a 5-gallon bucket.
  • Compost totes should be left out in front of your booth each night for pick-up by Renewal Composting.

Cardboard Recycling:

  • All vendors are required to recycle cardboard.
  • Dedicated recycling dumpsters on School Street.
  • Please avoid disposing of cardboard in attendee trash cans.

Other:

  • A booth size limit of 30 feet will be enforced to accommodate more businesses and organizations.
  • Headlining performances from 8 pm-10 pm each night.
  • Vendors have the choice to close at 8 pm or stay open during these performances.

Licensing and Insurance:

  • Out-of-state retailers will NOT need to purchase a $50 State peddler's license.
  • City license fees are now being applied at a daily rate (Example $53 per day for the peddler's license). 
  • Contact Brian Santiago, Health & Safety Officer, City of Concord (603) 225-8580 if not licensed in the City of Concord. All city licensing is online as of 2022.
  • Insurance is required for all vendors. Group Vendor Liability Insurance is available through E&S Insurance; contact Fairley Kenneally (603) 293-2791, fairley@esinsurance.net.
