Intown Concord and the City of Concord present First Friday, a monthly community event that brings together the people of downtown Concord for a fun-filled evening. On the first Friday of every month, businesses are encouraged to stay open late and add some excitement to the night by offering sales, giveaways, workshops, and other activities that are sure to draw in customers. 

This event is a great opportunity for the community to come together and support local businesses while enjoying a night out on the town. Whether you're looking for a great deal on some new clothes, a fun activity to do with friends, or just a chance to explore the downtown area, First Friday has something for everyone. 

So mark your calendars and join us for First Friday, a monthly celebration of community and commerce in downtown Concord. See you there!

City Plaza (In front of the State House):

Live Music - NH Music Collective presents Jack Ancora live! Jack Ancora is a solo musician based out of the Lakes Region covering classic rock, country, today’s hits, and current rock. He is also a guitarist and vocalist for Young Guns, a 3-piece electric band with classic rock grit and modern appeal.

Planting Party - Come plant sunflower seeds and decorate a seedling pot from 5:30-7:30 pm on the State House Lawn. Pots, soil, and seeds provided by Intown Concord.

Granite State Roller Derby Meet & Greet - Watch the Granite State Roller Derby team at 4 pm in front of the State House on City Plaza!

Coalition for Bikes - Group bike ride and guided tour of bike fix-it stops in Concord. Meet at the State House at 5:30 for about an hour-long ride. More info on the ride route here: Concord 3-Fixit Station Loop · Ride with GPS 

Flower Cart Bike - FREE Bouquets from The Shed by Barbara Jobin from a charming S&W bike. Catch them riding around or at City Plaza.

Wicked Tasty Food Truck (Main St) - A twist on New England classics!

Teenie Wienies Food Truck (Capitol St) - Handmade sausages with unique flavors!

Movement/Yoga on the State House Lawn - Offering 3 classes with Matt Harkins from Blossom Yoga: 4-5 pm. 5:30-6:30 pm, and 7-7:45 pm.

Concord Arts Market - The Concord Arts Market's first event of the year featuring local artisans and fine art.
